Eli Paperboy Reed

This week at L@TA, sing along with soulful Eli Paperboy Reed, and Harlem Gospel Travelers (opening!) NYC Crit Club curates a group show, “Under the Magnifying Glass,” in the gallery.

Live at the Archway is DUMBO’s signature series: featuring dynamic musical performances + spectacle opening acts for kids & kidults + a pop-up art gallery + interactive art experiences, in a magical, only-in-DUMBO setting. Always free, all ages, + rain or shine.

From humble musical beginnings growing up outside of Boston, Eli Paperboy Reed moved to Clarksdale, Mississippi when he was 18, cutting his teeth playing and singing in juke joints all over the Delta, and spending a year as minister of music with Southside church of Soul legend Mitty Collier. His GarageSoul-inspired albums have landed more than $2.5 million in licensing. Reed’s new single, from his upcoming Yep Rock release Ninety Nine Cent Dreams, featuring legendary rapper Big Daddy Kane premiered on Elton John’s Apple Music Beats 1 Radio Show. His strong, passionate voice has left crowds in awe at Lollapolooza, Download Fest, Voodoo Fest, Fuji Rock Festival, Byron Bay Blues Festival, Jools Holland, Taratata, and more.
