BMS Jazz Series FINALE: Duane Eubanks

Jazzy jam sessions make for FABulous Fridays, and that’s what we have on tap for the late summer / early fall season on Fulton Street! Once again, we’ve collaborated with nearby Brooklyn Music School for a multi-date outdoor music series in Fort Greene we’re sure jazz lovers of all ages will enjoy.

Happy hour will swing with musicians from the neighborhood institution, who moonlight as faculty and department heads during the day! And if you can hang, bring your own instrument and jam along with them!

It’s in his blood. Duane Eubanks is part of a highly successful jazz family, yet he took it to another level, crossing over to play and record with the likes of Alicia Keys, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Wu-Tang Clan, and others. A recipient of the 2013 Philadelphia Education Fund EDDY Award, jazz education is a large focus for Duane when he’s not performing or touring. We are honored to have him once again close out our BMS Jazz Series with what’s sure to be an inspiring performance!
