New York and Detroit-based singer, songwriter, and producer Joan Belgrave is equally adept with big band, blues, standards, gospel and contemporary R&B alike. She is a lead vocalist with the Motown Legends Gospel Choir, and has appeared solo at venues such as the Detroit Opera House, NJPAC, the Metropolitan Room, and the Jazz Standard. She is currently recording her fifth solo album.
