Since 1967, George Clinton has been bringing the world the funk with Parliament/Funkadelic. The group in it’s many iterations has had many top ten R&B hits into the 1980’s. In 1997, George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Over the years the group has retained a strong following and has gained more fans with the younger generation.

The Ohio Players are one of the top funk bands from he 1970’s. They are best known for their hit singles “Funky Worm”, “Fire” and “Love Rollercoaster.”
